The Army ROTC program invites U.S. citizens and residents aged 17-31 to apply for scholarships that cover full tuition, a monthly stipend, and a book allowance. Candidates must be of good moral character, maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA, and be enrolled in a degree program. Physical fitness through the APFT and passing the DoDMERB exam are required.
