  2. 安裝google chrome 因原始程式碼包含許多安全性原則及複雜的上傳語法 為了要確認每一次的操作都能確實成功因此要請各位老師使用google chrome瀏覽器來進行申請及上傳。 在此也順便感謝各位老師的配合。

  3. 1.上網搜尋google chrome

  6. 4.接受並安裝

  7. 5.點選桌面圖示便可開啟google chrome

  8. 6.如果有gmail信箱，可輸入自己的帳密

  9. 評鑑系統申請及操作 包含申請及取得上傳權限後的操作

  10. 1.「首頁」→「教師成果管理系統」

  11. 2.「會員選單」→「會員註冊」

  12. 帳號 信箱 密碼 密碼 3.「填寫基本資料」→「送出」

  13. 4.填寫確認碼→完成

  14. 5.「會員選單」→「會員登入」

  15. 6.輸入帳號密碼→會員登入

  16. 7.成果註冊

  17. 8.「新增主題」填寫自己的姓名→「驗證碼」→「填好送出」8.「新增主題」填寫自己的姓名→「驗證碼」→「填好送出」

  18. 9.請打786或是787 • 為避免校外人士隨意申請或趁機上傳病毒至校網，因此有審核機制。 • 請各位老師申請完畢後打通電話告知曹定權老師或是林佳宏老師，校內的電腦老師會幫您開啟上傳權限。

  19. 10.開啟權限後，再登入便可看到自己的姓名

  22. 12.上傳介面介紹 點選目錄便可進入目錄中 可以建立目錄，建立完成後會像上面一樣出現資料夾名稱 可以一次上傳一堆檔案，不要的可以按x刪除掉 送出檔案後，便會執行上傳動作

  23. The End • 如果老師很在意美觀的話，建議您上傳.pdf和.jpg，這個沒有強制規定，上傳任何檔案皆可。
