  1. To add a reaction trace to an Act2 or Tact diagram, first create a path in React. Here, O2(aq) is titrated into a reducing fluid containing Pyrite and a small amount of Hematite. Pyrite oxidation increases the concentration of H+ and HSO4− until the Pyrite is consumed.

  2. Create an O2 fugacity-pH diagram for the Fe-S-H2O system at 100 °C, then open React's output dataset, React_plot.gtp Plot → Trace...

  3. Trace shows change in oxidation state and pH as O2 is titrated into the system. Each marker represents an equal addition of O2.
