The Volunteers of America ACCESS program provides centralized support through our hotline at 1-888-ACCESS. We screen for safety and financial eligibility, gather information on the presenting issues, and determine if a standard or expedited assessment is needed. Consumers are encouraged to bring relevant records and natural supports for a comprehensive evaluation. We aim to schedule standard assessments within 10 working days and expedited assessments within 3 working days, ensuring timely assistance for those in need.
