  2. WARM-UP • WARM-UP DRILLS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO DO BEFORE SHOOTING EXCERCISES. DO THESE WHILE STAYING HYDRATED TO START YOUR WORKOUT (10 MIN.) • JOG END TO END OF COURT 10 TIMES • 50 JUMPING JACKS • STRETCH ALL MUSCLES (5 MIN.) • 1 SET DRIBBLING WARM-UP END TO END ON COURT

  3. 15-FT SHOOTING SHOOT 10 SHOTS FROM 5 DIFFERENT SPOTS ON FLOOR AND RECORD: - RIGHT CORNER - RIGHT WING - FREE THROW LINE - LEFT WING - LEFT CORNER COACH’S NOTE: START CLOSER TO THE HOOP WHEN WARMING UP TO GET USED TO SHOOTING

  4. DRIBBLE SHOOTING SHOOT 10 SHOTS FROM 5 DIFFERENT SPOTS ON FLOOR WITH DRIBBLE COMBINATION AND RECORD: - RIGHT CORNER - RIGHT WING - FREE THROW LINE - LEFT WING - LEFT CORNER COACH’S NOTE: MAKE SURE TO USE A DIFFERENT DRIBBLE AT EACH SPOT

  5. 3-PT SHOOTING SHOOT 10 SHOTS FROM 5 DIFFERENT 3 POINT SHOTS AND RECORD: - RIGHT CORNER - RIGHT WING - FREE THROW LINE - LEFT WING - LEFT CORNER COACH’S NOTE: USE LEGS FOR POWER, ARMS FOR ACCURACY

  6. COOL-DOWN • FINISH WITH 100 FREE THROWS • SHOOT 10 AT A TIME, BREAK FOR WATER AND LIGHT STRETCH BETWEEN 10 SETS • SHOOTING WHEN TIRED IS THE BEST TO IMPROVE TECHNIQUE • RECORD! COACH’S NOTE: DO NOT RUSH THROUGH A COOL DOWN AND DO NOT SKIP STRETCHING AND DRINKING WATER!
