The first chapter :Sedentary lifestyle and obesity • sedentary lifestyle plays a significant role in obesity • medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health • as a result, obesity has been found to reduce life expectancy
2.Depressions and Alcoholism • mood disorders and is characterized by the occurrence of one or more severe depressive episodes • have a negative effect on a person's thoughts, behavior, feelings • can not to control these habits ,it is possible to suffer from alcoholism or alcohol dependence • Alcohol abuse is acquiring dangerous
3.Causes: life events , medical treatments • one of the most common causes of depression is diet that produces "soaking" the body of toxins • a healthy diet keeps the nervous system tonicity and helps us avoid mental disorders. • eating less and increasing activity level. • depression are treated with psychotherapy • Alcoholism: group therapy, counseling, and medication
4.effects : mental Effects, psyhicaleffects • Mortality ,Depression, Diabetes • Depressed people may feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless
5. solutions • Change the habits and the weight will take care of itself. • Be a model for your child by eating healthy food • Reduce time in front of the TV and computer • Encourage physical activity
this paper try to convince people that modern diseases are not good • people need information about modern diseases • must know how to dodge them and how to get rid of them in case they are already ‘sick’.
