  2. INTRODUCTION TO REPORTING • AccessOnline has over 30 reports available with more reports to be added in the future. • You can run AccessOnline reports configured as you choose by performing the basic steps: 1. Selecting a report to run 2. Selecting the report parameters 3. Running the report

  3. The reports are organized into the following categories as shown on the Reporting Springboard page of AccessOnline: 1. Program Management- gives you access to summary and detail information about your card program. 2. Financial Management – Monitors expenditures, track variances, and manage account allocations. Reporting

  4. 3. Supplier Management - gives you access to summary and detail information on your supplier relationships, and other merchants. Reporting

  5. Reporting 4.Tax and Compliance Management - gives you access to information on your sales, use tax data, compliance and 1099 reportable with purchasing programs.

  6. Reporting 5. Administration - allows administrators to support system functionality.

  7. 1.Choose reporting on left navigation bar.

  8. 2. Choose Program Manager

  9. 3. Click the report name link for the report you want.

  10. Summary or Detail

  11. Learn More about Reports On some reports, you’re able to select a different output type for the summary report than for the drill-down (detail) report. There are some restrictions to this function. For more information on report output options, including browser navigation, refer to the user guide and the Report Samples document.

  12. Reporting All AccessOnline reports are parameter-driven and have different parameters based on the data elements available for each report.

  13. Notes: The user guide contains information about ALL reports available in AccessOnline. The reports you see when you log in depends on the rites assigned to your user ID by the system administrator. You have access to reports that pertain to your business needs only. You may see references to reports in this document that you don’t see when you log in to AccessOnline.

  14. Report Output AccessOnline reports offer a variety of output formats HTML, Microsoft Excel or PDF. All output formats are fully exportable and viewable online. The default output is PDF for all reports.

  15. Sample Reports • The following report samples are from the Program Management section. To run a report you must use the cardholders name, account number or social security number. You can also find a cardholders account by searching for a managing account. Then you need to know the managing account number, managing account name or company number.
