  7. CLEAN FLEET VEHICLE PROPOSED PROJECTS Proposed Policy Recommendations DRAFT • 1. Cost-overrunswill not be considered for this Call for Projects. Funding amount and number of funded vehicles will be capped at original funded project scope unless changes in the project scope and number of vehicles results in equal or greater emission benefits and no additional costs. • 2. Over time, if a project scope changes, NCTCOG staff will rescore projects using the original scoring process and criteria. • 3. Staff administration funds will be used to manage or administerselected projects, potentially auditfunded projects, revise and rescore changes in project scopes, and administer any remaining fundsthrough minimum required project operation time(i.e. 2014). • 4. Recommend approval of staff recommended projects. • 5. Approval of the addition of these projects to the Metropolitan and StatewideTransportation Improvement Program (as needed basis). 7
