Participation Procedure Participation Cost • Team Registration Amount : 1500/- • Team Participation Amount : 15000/- Rules and Regulations • Shristhi Foundation & LEPL reserves all the right of selection of the teams, venue & dates • The matches would be of 15-15 overs each team. • The amount of registration would be payable before 30th July,2012 and registration amount would be payable 7 days before the tournament in the favor of “LAVANYA EVENTS PVT. LTD.” by cheque/DD/Cash • Refreshment would be served during matches. • It would be team captain’s responsibility to manage respective teams and sportsmanship on the play ground, any kind of misbehavior from the players would disqualify the team. • Teams shall arrive before half an hour of scheduled match time. • Umpires decision would be the final decision. • Team will carry their own kits & bats, only ball and stumps will be provided by the management. • White lower and white T-shirt would be the dress code during matches. • The Management reserves the right of change in match schedules and dates with prior notice given to the respective teams

Benefits to the supporting organisations Tournament Support • Title Supporter : Company Name “ Green Cup ” : Rs. 125000/- • Co –Supporter : “Green Cup” in association with (Your company Name ): Rs. 75000/- • Co – Supporter: “Green Cup” in association with & (Your company Name) : Rs. 75000/- • Media Partners ,Beverage Partners and Others : Rs. 25000/- Benefits to the Supporting Organizations • Title Supporter : Tournament title would be named by title supporting company’s name and as “Company’s Green Cup” ie. In 2011 this was taken by IDEA and named as IDEA Green Cup • Co- Supporting companies name would be displayed with the tournament name and will be promoted as green cup in association with Co-Supporter – 1 , and Co Supporter – 2 • Supporting companies logo would be displayed in all the promotional activities of green cup • Social publicity through media partners • Interaction with different corporate sectors on a social platform • Financial support to the noble cause
