2. My Favorite Book I am from Class one, Grade four, and my teacher is JoJo. I like reading books. My favorite book’s name is “Time for Bed”, it is written by “Ned Jensen”. I like the book very much because it’s very interesting and the cover is cute and nice. There are two characters in this story: Ben and his father. Ben is an eight-year-old obedient boy. He will do everything that his father ask him to do. His father is very kind to him and loves him. This book tells us how Ben gets into the bed: First, he takes off his clothes, then he washes his hands and face, next he brushes his teeth. And then he drinks a glass of water and puts on his pajamas. At last, he gets into the bed. His father sits next to Ben and tells him a bedtime story. “zzzzzz ”, listen, Ben is sleeping. He is likely to have a good dream! This is the best book I’ve ever seen!

3. Country Animals I am Kathy, I am from Class I Grade 4, and my English teacher is Miss Qiao. Here I want to talk about my favourite book, Country Animals written by Katalina Page. It is one of the listed books in Monthly Happy Reading of our school. I was attracted by its cover firstly, on which a lovely and fatty raccoon is drinking water near a river. Secondly, this story tells me much knowledge of animals that live in the country, for example, squirrels eat nuts and robins make nests in trees. From the book, I know so many lovely animals and their characters, and its beautiful wording makes a rhyme, so I enjoy very much when reading it. I like County Animals and would recommend it to you.

4. Kangaroo and bear I am from class 2, grade 4, Fushan Foreign Language Primary School. My English teacher is Miss Qiao. I have read many books. I like “Kangaroo and Bear” best. It is written by Ned Jensen and illustrated by Angela Kamstra. I like this book because it’s very funny and romantic. There are two characters in this story. They are Kangaroo and Bear. They always compare with each other. Once, Kangaroo said “I am the best” and bear said “I am the better”. Then Kangaroo said “I can climb high” and bear said “I can climb higher”. And then Kangaroo said “I can hop high” so the bear said “I can hop higher”, And so on. From the book, I learn that comparing with each other is not good, I think this story is the best interesting in all books.

5. My Favourite Book Hi,my name is Liulinyun.I am from Class Two Grade Four,and my English teacher is Miss Qiao. Today I have read an interesting book.The book’s name is city animal,and it is written by Elizabeth Austin. I like the book because I like the picture in this book.And I have learn many knowledge from this book. There are nine character in the story.They are mice,geese, ducks, squirrels,pigeons,hawks,dogs and raccoons. From the book,I know mice live in cities.They eat the food people throw away;I know geese and ducks live in cities.They swim in the ponds in the parks;I know squirrels live in cities.They make nets in trees;I know pigeons live in cities.Some people like to feed pigeons… From the book,I learn there are many animals in our city.They have different ways to live in our city.

6. My Favourite Book I am from Class Three Grade Four. My name is Nina and my teacher is Wendy. The book’s name is ‘ Bear and Kangaroo’. It’s written by Ned Jensen. Illustrated by Angela Kamstra. I like this book because I like the type of the book and cover. There are two characters. The main characters are bear and kangaroo. The bear and kangaroo are racing. They race fishing eating and juggle balls and climb tree. I think this book is interesting.

7. My Favourite Book I am from Class Four Grade Four. And my English teacher is Wendy. Today I’ll suggest you a book. The book’s name is ‘Bear abd Kangaroo’. It is written by Ned Jensen and illustrated by Angela Kanstra. The main characters of the story are bear and the Kangaroo. I like this book because I think the kangaroo is very modest and very kind. The story tells us the bear and the kangaroo are racing about what they do and who can do this thing best. I think this type of story is very common, but when you read this story, you’ll find this is a very interesting story. As you can see, I like this story very much.

8. My Favourite Book I am from Class Five Grade Four and my teacher is Wendy. The book’s name is ‘Bear and Kangaroo’ and it is written by Ned Jensen. I like the book because the cover looks very funny and interesting. Wendy recommended the book to us. They are two characters in the story. They are bear and kangaroo. Kangaroo is very cute and it can hop very high. The bear is very lovely, because when kangaroo says he is the best, the bear always says he is better than kangaroo. The bear and kangaroo are good friends. They always play together and they like racing. They can do a lot of things, such as making mean face, catching fish and hopping high. The bear always do better than kangaroo. The book tells us that friendship is more important than racing.

MY FAVOURITE BOOK I am from Class six Grade four,and my teacher is Miss Qiao.The book’s name is City Animals and it is written by Elizabeth Austin.I like the book because the animals in the story are very pretty.And someone are interesting .there are nine characters in the story .They are Mice,Geese and Ducks,Squirrels,Digeons,Opossums,Hawks,Dogs and raccoons.I like them because they live in the city and I usually can see them. In this book,I learn where are city animals live and I know we must protect the animals.Let these city animals to be friends with people.But mice couldn’t be friend with people.I hope people can protect the animals.But please don’t hunt them.We must live in harmony!

10. Book Report I am from Class 2 Grade 4 and my name is Pony Liang. My English teacher is Miss Qiao. I like the story “Time for Bed” and it is written by Ned Jensen. The story is easy to understand and the pictures are very simple. There are three characters in the story: Ben, Ben’s Dad and Ben’s toy bear. The story describes how Ben gets ready for bed every evening. He takes off his clothes; washes his hands and face; brushes his teeth; drinks a glass of water; puts on his pajamas and gets into his bed. Then Ben’s Dad reads him a story. From the story, I learn what to do before I go to bed. I should have good habits and enough sleep, so I can grow stronger and healthier.

11. My Favourite Book My name is Xu Yiheng. I am from Class Four Grade Four. And my English teacher’s name is Wendy. The book’s name is ‘bear and kangaroo’ and it is written by Ned Jensen. I like the book because I like this type of book. This story is humorous, and I like the cover too. There are two characters in the story. They are Bear and Kangaroo. They are important because the story is about this contest. The kangaroo thinks that he is better thab kangaroo. So they have some contests, such as making a mean face, catching fish, eating berries and so on. The most interesting contest is about lifting goats. From the book, I learn a lot of new words. But the most important truth that I learn from the story is diamond. I can’t think I’m the best. I must study harder.
