9. The SolutionAccording to the Darby Creek Valley Association (DCVA): Part 1 To foster development of locally initiated river conservation plans7
10. Part 2 To provide financial and technical assistance for local river conservation planning activities7
11. Part 3 To establish a Pennsylvania Rivers Conservation Registry, that recognizes rivers or river segments that have an approved river conservation plan7
12. Part 4 To encourage state and local organizations to take actions that are consistent with local river conservation plans7

18. Existing Legislation– Municipalities and Sewage Pennsylvania’s Act 5379 Make municipalities take responsibility of their sewage facilities All municipalities participate

Existing Plans—Radnor Township’s Storm Water Management Plan Mandatory since late1970‘s May 2005-comprehensive storm water management law was passed Created this in response to Pennsylvania's Act 167 for the Darby & Cobbs Creek watersheds Radnor Township requires all areas to follow it Two storm water management systems to help with runoff issues10
