IDH电子项目旨在改善50万工人的工作条件，提高中国100多家电子工厂的生产力和环境效能，以促进工人管理的变革。本计划将由国际领先的电子品牌商、民间社会团体、工会共同参与并予以实质性的支持，寻求工人-管理者双方对话、供应商社会责任的创新模式，以实现中国乃至全世界电子行业的可持续发展。IDH电子项目旨在改善50万工人的工作条件，提高中国100多家电子工厂的生产力和环境效能，以促进工人管理的变革。本计划将由国际领先的电子品牌商、民间社会团体、工会共同参与并予以实质性的支持，寻求工人-管理者双方对话、供应商社会责任的创新模式，以实现中国乃至全世界电子行业的可持续发展。 The IDH Electronics Program aims to support the development of workforce management innovations that can help improve the working conditions of 500,000 workers and improve productivity and environmental performance among 100+ electronics factories in China. With the support and active involvement of frontrunner electronics brands as well as civil society organizations and unions, the program seeks to spur innovations in worker-management dialogue and supplier responsibility that can lead to sustainable improvements for the electronics industry in China and around the world.
