6. Praise from our #1 Customer Texas A&M Utilities
Emailed Reference Letter From a Texas A&M Utilities Purchaser
March 26, 2007
This e-mail is sent to you and others to inform and describe the type of Customer Service that you have provided us in the three years that we have worked together. Arnold Ortiz, you have exemplified your company’s (Lysander Wholesale) ability and response to handle any emergency that we have required of you.
We, as a Power Plant for Texas A&M University, have come to you with emergencies that impacted the University and each time you have come through. There have been times that the Manufacturer, or we, have made a mistake in ordering the correct item, or the incorrect item was shipped from the Manufacturer. Once we informed you of the crisis, you always came through to ensure that a replacement item was expedited to us with no extra charge or delays in service to the University.
I feel that any company that chooses you to represent their company has made the right decision to represent them. Your company is a role model for other companies to emulate. I could go on and on of your company's excellent Customer Service and ability to respond to emergencies, but I'm sure that whichever company that decides to work with you will see that first hand. It is a pleasure working with you and we look forward to working with you in the years to come.
Ed Dunford, Texas A&M University
Supervisor for Utilities Procurement
