  1. In the beginning there was a empty basement. Utility area and builder framed area under stairs

  2. Left slide shows continuing on from framed area under stairs to wall where TV is to be mounted right slide is same room turning to the left where cabinet and shelving are to be built to hide electrical panel

  3. Other side of utility area where builder roughed in for tub toilet and vanity

  4. Turning left from bathroom rough in is the area for the bedroom. Tele post is to be incorporated into a closet wall and ducting to be boxed in

  5. Project begins November 15, 2011 with the changing of original rough in for bathroom

  6. 2 inch drain for shower is added to replace original 1.5 inch tub drain toilet moved over 10 inches to accommodate wider shower and 2 inch line installed to drain kitchen /bar sink

  7. Left slide is framing of closet and header with opening for Audio visual component cabinet right slide is the framing behind where bar/kitchen is to be

  8. Left shows hallway & bathroom door right shows builder painted stairs and closet with AV cabinet opening

  9. Framing of electrical panel cabinet and bathroom shower

  10. Bedroom walk in closet and bedroom door

  11. Standing in the SE corner of the main room looking NW at the AV cabinet and stained maple wood work. 8 inch crown molding hung at the bottom of header to accommodate rope lights for theater lighting

  12. AV closet open one fixed shelf in the middle with 2 adjustable shelves. Electrical panel access with custom shelving below. Floor is covered by a 6x24 porcelain tile that has a wood grain look to it giving the feel of a hardwood floor. All tiled areas have nuheat radiant heat pads underneath

  14. Front and back of AV closet

  15. Cove theater lighting and wall scones on separate dimmers give a nice effect

  17. View from bedroom side of hallway and view from family room side. On left side is stairway then bedroom door then on far right is bathroom door and near right is utility room door

  18. Bathroom with heated tiled floor & steam shower

  19. Tiled steam shower with bench, accent tile and alcove. Shower door will be single panel 10 mm glass

  20. 30 inch vanity one piece Costco toilet nu heat thermostat

  21. Bar/kitchen

  22. Bar has valance lights or 3 spot lights

  23. Walk in Bedroom closet with shelving and clothes hanger

  24. Bedroom
