TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN The student should be able to recognize three forms of language t he student should be able to use english language properly as a native speaker The student shauld be able to communicate with an english native speaker The student should be able to use condition type 2-3 and subjunctive properly

  6. MATERI LANJUTAN If you want to make compalining about something ,remember that a direct complaint or criticism in english can sound rude or aggressive. The best way to make complain is by using indirect manner. Here some of the most common ones. 1.- I’m sorry I have to say this but I think the air condition in my room doesn’t work properly 2.- I’m sorry to bother you ,but I think the there’s something wrong with my computer 3.- maybe you forgot to give me a change 4.- I think you might have forgott

  7. MATERI LANJUTAN 5.- Excuse me if I’m out of line , but your work has not been adequate lately 6.- There may have been a misunderstanding about the holiday plan 7.- I’m afraid I have to make complain . Some stuff has gone missing frommy room

  8. b. Handling complain When people apologize, they normally say “Sorry” and offer to fix the situation 1. I’m sorry, I’ll get someone check it for you 2. Sorry to hear that I’ll send someone up 3.
