Debrecen – in the centre of Europe • The second largest city of Hungary • Debrecen is situated in the eastern part of Central Europe • Within a circle of 1,000 km, measured in linear distance from the city, two dozens of states are accessible • Central European Transport Corridor 5 links Debrecen to the major cities of the region • Residentsof Debrecen: 205,326population living inits vicinity: 400,000(January 1, 2008)

Accessibility of Debrecen • 220 km from Budapest, direct motorway connection • Debrecen International Airport: the 2nd largest international airport with “Schengen” qualifications, • controlled air-space and with constant border opening within 1 km from the point of theproposed area closest to the city. • Favourable urban traffic conditions (tram and suburban railway)

THE PROPOSED SITE • The location has the requested dimensions, total 126.45 ha • Near Debrecen International Airport • Direct 2x2 lane highway connection with the city centre (10-12 min) • The site can be supplied with the necessary utilities and infrastructure • Possibilities for expanding the installation
