  4. Triceps brachii 3 heads on scapula ndhumerus Olecranon process Extends forearm trapezius Occipital bone and C & T spines Acromion and spine of scapula Elevate, rotate, adduct scapula. Depress shoulder, extend head. Latissimusdorsi T6-12 and L spines, illiac crest Humerus (IT groove) Extend arm, adduct and med. Rotate the arm.
