C E E S • CEES aim • Develop a process model for the measurement of citizen satisfaction of e-Government services • CEES objectives • Develop a CSM (citizen oriented eGov services maturity model) • Develop a reference process model (RPM) where in one or more CSMs based on DEA • Verify the CSM and RPM in real world eGovernment services • Exchange knowledge between industry and academia via secondments & recruitment • Disseminate the project output to be used in Europe and possible world-wide
