  1. Canada’s pre-eminent brewer, Molson was founded in 1786 by John Molson, who opened his first brewery on the banks of the St. Lawrence River in Montreal. Now with 3,800 employees and five breweries across the country, Molson is one of Canada’s oldest consumer brand names and North America’s oldest beer brand. • We currently have an opportunity for: • Summer Sales Representatives • Primary Focus of Position: • Assist sales team in building customer and consumer loyalty within assigned region throughout the key summer months. This involves assisting with various promotions and events and dealing with various accounts with Territory Representative direction. • Education: • Currently enrolled full time in 2nd or 3rd year of a related program (i.e., Business, Economics, Marketing etc.) at a recognized post-secondary institution and will also be returning to full-time University/College studies in the subsequent school year. • Work Experience: • Past work experience in the sales, promotions and/or customer service field. • Responsibilities of Position: • Work closely with sales team in order to execute assigned promotions throughout the summer. This involves responsibility to set up appropriate signage, POS materials and merchandise at the account/event in advance. Constant communication and timely follow-up and reporting on programs for the Territory Representative’s evaluations and action is required to ensure that execution of plan is effective and consistent with regional goals and objectives. • Follow-up on assignments and requests to ensure high customer satisfaction which includes delivering various pos materials to licensee establishments. Actively build consumer and customer relationships with licensees and members within the community. • Regular written and verbal communication/feedback with sales team on licensees, sales related competitive & industry activities, potential business opportunities, activity reports, etc. • Understands and complies with AGCO regulations. • Ensures that company vehicle, equipment, property, corporate I.D. and logos are used and maintained in a professional manner. • Provide leadership and direction to Extreme Team Members. • Skills: • This position requires a high degree of initiative and strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in order to project a positive and professional corporate image to the consumer groups and licensee customers, leading to increased sales.
