If your job site is not near a concrete plant a temporary batching plant must be set up. Sand, aggregate and cement must then be shipped to the temporary batching plant to be mixed. All this is necessary to ensure your concrete is properly poured. No concrete is necessary to install MFI’s steel foundations! • Mixing concrete requires a large amount of water.No water is necessary to install MFI’s steel foundations! • Once poured, concrete can not be moved.MFI’s steel foundations can be removed and reused if necessary! • Excavating for concrete installations is a large undertaking which requires holes to be dug in advance and dewatering to prepare for concrete to be poured.
