  2. 启示 本案中，客户私下将账号、密码告知期货公司员工，期货公司员工超越职权范围为客户操作账户，最终导致了纠纷的发生。 对客户而言，应加强自我保护，也不可存侥幸心理，将自己的账号、密码告诉期货公司员工，由其代为操作以期获得更多收益；产生亏损时，却以“全权委托”为由要求期货公司承担主要赔偿责任。这种情况下，客户的主张并不会得到法律支持。 而期货公司，则应当做好内部管理，通过加强员工培训、定期对客户回访等制度、措施，及时对客户、员工进行提醒。 对于期货公司员工，“代客理财”是《期货公司管理办法》以及《期货从业人员管理细则》中明文禁止的行为，一经查处，情节严重的，将撤销其从业资格并在三年内或永久拒绝受理其资格申请。
