Each team rotated to 3 stations, 10 min each. 3. 15-min small-sided games; 2 teams sitting by side for 3-min intervals due to limited space. Safety considerations: 1. Stand at side, instead of sitting. 2. Need stringent stick guidelines. 3. Goggles are a must!

Need some lower baskets. 3. Need push-up alternative.
