  2. Do you agree? The result of following age-old teacher-centered education has led to uneven progress wherein only a few students are able to do well. While the rest of the students struggle to cope with the pace of the class.

  3. A different way of delivering enriched education is Competency- Based Education. This is a student-centric instructional system that focuses on the outcomes of learning by integrating the needs of the learners.

  4. What is Competency- Based Education? An advanced educational framework that is conducive towards making learning student-friendly wherein the learners can learn at their own pace. The learners can attain the level of competency for any subject or skill as per their ability.

  6. Step 3: Reviewing the learning programs will give clarity to the educators, enabling them to make required changes. Step 4: Develop or acquire several self-assessments and surveys which would help to figure out the level of the students.

  7. Step 5: Using multiple resources either in print or via digital format to provide value-based education. Step 6: The learning material can be developed with the help of open education sources and publications.
