Five-Year Follow-Up Survey on Data Services Awareness and Use at the University of Tennessee

This report details the findings from a 2008 follow-up survey conducted at the University of Tennessee to analyze data usage and awareness among faculty and graduate students. Building on a 2003 survey, it aimed to assess the level of secondary data use, the effectiveness of promotional activities, and overall awareness of data services across various academic units, including Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, and Nursing. The survey reached 2,198 participants, revealing key insights into how the university community learns about and engages with data services.
