Better Cancer Care: Assuring QualityNational Cancer Quality Subgroup To clearly articulate the fundamental elements, goals and key indicators of quality cancer care across the six domains of quality: Patient Centred, Safe, Effective, Efficient, Equitable, and Timely. To develop and agree with key stakeholders a national framework that will deliver these goals across the NHS in Scotland. To ensure that the maximum use is made of the skills and resources available across NHS Scotland to deliver this programme. To monitor progress and report the progress of the National Cancer Quality Steering Group to each meeting of the Scottish Cancer Taskforce.
