  2. All you need to know A blog is an online diary. • View it at http://www.rotaract.guild.uwa.edu.au/blog/ • uwarotaract.clubuni@blogger.com via e-mail • www.blogger.com via web

  3. Via e-mail • The e-mail address can be posted to by anyone. • You can only send text. • Will appear a couple of minutes after you send it. • Put #end on the last line of your e-mail (prevents ads)

  4. Via web • Go to blogger.com • Login using uwarotaract (username) clubuni (password) • Click Sign In • Click New Post

  5. Post Editor • Just like your web mail. • Depending on your computer, you might get to use features like in Word (bold, etc), otherwise enter just text. • Always enter a title!

  6. Blogger Images • This is new! • Add photos by clicking the picture frame icon. • Choose your photo in the new window.

  7. Posting your entry • Use the Preview mode to see what it will look like • Then click Publish Post. • It will take a couple of minutes to update. • Click Sign Out.

  8. Other uses of the blog • You can raise discussion points - you can leave comments on our site. • You can send posts to friends. • (I can) add favourite links to the sidebar.

  9. What does this mean to you? • Start posting! • It’s faster than sending me an e-mail. • Do e-mail me (uwarotaract@hotmail.com) if you have problems. • Or use the e-mail form as always.
