  10. Technical Parameters- selection of Pond Selection of Pond: soil water retentive assured sufficient supply of water not in a flood prone area. owned by the individual or taken on lease in which case the lease period should be more or coterminous with the repayment period.

  18. Financial outlay Operational cost ( 1 crop one year) to include Drying, desilting and ploughing, Lime, single Super Phosphate, Urea, Raw Cow Dung, Fish Seed , Fish Feed, Harvesting charges, Miscellaneous

  19. Financial Analysis In model scheme the financial viable parameters as follows: NPW @ 15% BCR @ 15% (1.54 :1) IRR above 50%

  20. Repayment Repayment of the loan 8 years in equated annual installments with a moratorium on repayment of principal in the first year. Rate of interest as per bank/RBI Norms Security as per RBI/bank norms from time to time Rate of refinance as per NABARD norms from time to time
