  1. Know About Hysteroscopy anaestheticwheretheuterinecavityisassessedby introducingasmall (5mm) telescope (hysteroscope) gently throughtheopeningofthecervixintotheuterinecavity. Ahysteroscopyisaprocedureperformedunderageneral Polyps, fibroids, adhesionscanberemovedatthesametimeusinga resectoscope. Tubal Assessment Approximately 15% ofcouplessufferfromtubalsubfertility andthisislikelytobesignificantlyhigherinthosewith secondarysubfertilityi.e. strugglingtoconceivefollowing previouspregnancies. AttheAnkurFertilityClinic, webelievethattubal assessmentofthefallopiantubesshouldthereforeformpartof first-linefertilityinvestigation. Thisisadaycasesurgicalprocedurewhichisperformed attheListerHospitalundergeneralanaesthetic.
