Best?You may purchase many of our products online using a credit card through our secure purchase pages; some may also be purchased using Best's Online Account. Whether your changes include those on an individual address/name change or a change for the entire company, please provide the following information when submitting your request: account number, complete former address and complete new address. Note: Street address is required for delivery of product shipments.

Best will arrange for the pick up, inspection and replacement of the publication. CD-ROM purchases are subject to the terms of the A.M. Best Database License Agreement. Opening the packaging indicates acceptance of the terms of the agreement. If you do not accept those terms, the unopened package can be accepted as a return for credit only within 30 days of shipment.
