  3. What is VoIP? VoIP, Voice over Internet Protocol, allows users to make phone calls over a computer network such as the Internet (digital signals) instead of a regular phone line (analog signals). The CTC data network now supports VoIP for our Ft. Hood and Gatesville locations.
