  2. IPOH PREMIER CITY The Priority Soft Launch ceremony of Ipoh Premier City (IPC) Project was held at its project site on 25 October 2014. The event was hosted by DKLS Premierhome Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of DKLS Industries Berhad, responsible for developing this project. The occasion was graced by the Executive Directors of DKLS Industries Berhad, Ir Sam Tuck Wah and Ms Ding Soo King. . The objective of the event was to showcase IPC’s residential homes designed to satisfy the discerning needs of Ipoh City folks. The guest turn-out was extremely good and their responses were overwhelming. Ir Sam advised the guests to seize the investment opportunities made available to them. SPEECH BY IR SAM TUCK WAH IN CONJUCTION WITH IPOH PREMIER CITY (IPC) PROJECT SOFT LAUNCH CEREMONY ON 25 OCTOBER 2014 • Our valued customers, friends, ladies and gentlemen. • Welcome to Ipoh Premier City and a very pleasant morning to all of you. • I am extremely delighted to be here this morning to join you at this very special occasion of Ipoh Premier City Project Soft Launch Ceremony. It is indeed a great pleasure for DKLS Premierhome to showcase some of our residential homes in Ipoh Premier City designed to satisfy the discerning needs of Ipoh city folks. • Ladies and gentlemen, Ipoh Premier City, is taking shape majestically in Ipoh.
