  1. 從PDF檔中複製需要的文字 適用於Acrobat5、6、7.X版

  2. 開始之前 • 確認您的電腦中已經安裝Acrobat5.0(含之後)版本 • 若是未曾安裝，請至選單頁面選取安裝 • 操作介面可能略有不同，但使用方式完全一樣

  3. 從Acrobat中開啟文件 • 開啟所需的文件 • 如範例紅色圈選處可以選擇上∕下一頁

  4. 可以一次看兩頁以上 • 切換檢視畫面(界面右下角處)，可以變更檢視方式 • 掌形工具可快速在頁面中移動

  5. 開始複製文字 只需要文章中一段文字 • 在工具列左邊使用【選擇工具】 • 反白需要的文字，在【編輯】指令列按下【複製】

  6. 開始複製文字 • 開啟Word後，在【編輯】指令列按下【貼上】

  7. 開始複製文字 需要全部的文字 • 在工具列左邊使用【選擇工具】 • 在Acrobat中【編輯】指令列按下【全選】如下圖、【複製】 • 開啟Word後，在【編輯】指令列按下【貼上】

  8. 已經完成 恭喜您！ 已經擷取到您要的文字。
