  2. Why college? • College is the first step to you future • After college you start your life long job • In college you study the major you want to succeed in and you will work in that field all you life

  3. Metro State University- Denver Co • Founded in 1965, Metro has grown to nearly 23,000 students  • 56 majors and 82 minors • Biggest class size is 22 not 200 • Metro has three different campuses • Main Campus • MSU Denver North • MSU Denver South

  4. Regis university- Denver co • The school was originally in New Mexico in 1877 but then relocated to Colorado in 1884 • This university is among the 28 Jesuit colleges in the United States • 9,722 students attend the university • Offers undergraduate and graduate programs

  5. California state university- Los Angeles Ca • This college is dedicated to the history of California • Over 20,000 students attend • 62.8% of the students are women and 37.2 are men

  6. red rocks community college- co • Offers more than 150 programs and 650 courses • Average class size is less than 20 people • The campus is best known for its welcoming setting

  7. McGill university- Montreal Canada • Founded in 1821 • Number 1 college in Canada • Over 300 programs • made up of 11 faculties and 11 schools
