Roles and Responsibilities Element

This document outlines the critical roles and responsibilities as defined in the Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Act. It includes details for employers, supervisors, and workers in Sections 25, 26, and 28, respectively. The training must be documented and can be conducted internally or via external providers, with specific courses offered for construction professionals. Evaluation of compliance and training effectiveness is essential, with opportunities for performance appraisals. Suggestions for improvement and recognition of success will be communicated through newsletters and staff meetings.
