REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES • Are the commitments identified in the previous Letter of Support still valid? • Will your Country Team still commit to independent RDT&E activities related to ‘multichannel learning’, and provide the results/finding to the ‘learning’ community? • Research is needed in ‘evaluating effective multichannel learning’ approaches. ‘Country team approaches to evaluating effective approaches will help transition this ‘much needed’ capability
