At-Promise Center Results • Served 321 youth since August 1, 2017 • Currently serving 59 Homeless Families • 32% referred by Atlanta Public Schools • 15% referred by Atlanta Police Department and/or Fulton County Court • 35% Community and Parent referrals • 18% Self-Referrals • Over 749 people served in Community Events chris180.org

School-Based Mental Health Services • Licensed therapists in the Washington Cluster Schools • Individual, group. and family counseling • Psychiatrists in the schools via TeleHealth • Community Support Services providing individual behavior supports in the Classroom • Trauma-Informed Care training for all school personnel Integrated Health Clinic at Hollis Innovation Academy Primary health provider HEALing Community in the school serving Hollis students and their family members.
