HAAGA-HELIAssa Toisen opiskelijan antamaa sparrausta callidus-tutoroinnin muodossa vuodesta 2010 alkaen Callidukset kaikkien haaga-helialaisten käytössä ”(lat.) kokenut, taitava, ovela, viekas, kokemuksen kautta oppinut, asiantuntija” ”Vertaisohjaaja, joka jakaa kokemuksensa tietystä asiasta toisen opiskelijan tai opiskelijaryhmän kanssa” Callidus-tutorointi

Mitä callidus-tutor tekee? • Sparraa / coachaa / antaa ”vertaisopetusta” • Jakaa kokemuksensa tietystä aihepiiristä opiskelijan tai opiskelijaryhmän kanssa • Kursseilla tai työelämässä hakitut taidot • Vapaa-ajalla hankitut taidot jne. • Calliduksen työnkuva: • Käy koulutuksen. Suunnittelee vertaisopetuksen. Sparraa. Kirjoittaa raportin. Huolehtii käytännön järjestelyistä. Saa 1-5 opintopistettä ja työtodistuksen.

Callidus-tutoring HAAGA-HELIA: Coaching from student to student since 2010 Possibility to peer support available to all HAAGA-HELIAns callidus (lat.): experienced, skilled, cunning, clever, learned from experience, expert ”Peer advisor who shares his/her experience on a specific field with a student or a group of students”

Callidus-tutor’s Activity Coach / ”peerteacher” Sharingknowledge and skillswithonestudentor a group of students Skillsfromcoursesorworking life Skillsfromfreetimeactivity etc. A Callidus-tutors’ field of work: Training. Planningpeerteaching. Coaching. Writing the report. Practicalarrangements. In the end 1-5 studycredits and a workcertificate.

How to get Coaching from a Callidus-tutor? • Contact a callidus tutor: possibility to get peer support for learning • Motivation comes from you! • Challenges on a course / in a subject? • Want to brush up your language skills with a native speaker?
