Ask around and get references. A good local individual or firm will be able to accommodate your needs more easily than someone from out of town. You also need to decide if you are going to be sending your employees to a training facility, or maybe to a rented space, or will the training be done in house? You can also check the Internet to see who is available. Many times trainers who have web sites also have a sample of their seminars for you to view. This can be helpful. Be sure that the program is going to address the areas of importance to you. See if the trainer can custom design something for your company. Many will. There is nothing more motivating to employees than having a seminar tailored to fit their specific needs.
