Educational Supervisor • An Educational Supervisor is responsible for overseeing training and documentation of clinical training • Confirm appropriate inductions • Develop a learning agreement and educational objectives including plans for study leave • Meet the trainee at the beginning, middle and end of a placement • Conduct appraisal and to provide feedback • Produce a structured report at the end of the year to inform ARCP (including workplace appraisal) • Provide career advice if appropriate • Contact the TPD if concerns regarding training
Academic Supervisor • An Academic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing your academic development
