But most of us don’t know that Yoga and Ayurveda are deeply connected and help a person to lead a healthy life. In ancient time, people understood that both Ayurveda and Yoga are inter-related. Thus they used both these practices simultaneously to cure health disorders. One can feel the refreshment in the body when they continuously practice yoga. In ancient times, there is a principle which says that yoga enhances the healing capacity in the body while Ayurveda cures health issues.
