Aim of the subject • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; • Develop and awareness of ethical complexities; • Critically analyse selected leadership theories; • Understand and apply intra-personal and inter-personal competencies; • Develop self-reflective skills and demonstrate an on-going plan for self-development.

Expectations of students • Participation in activities and completing diagnostic forms • Work as a team member in your group during the class and for the presentation • Do the readings as required • Punctuality! Although this is about developing ‘soft skills’ that does not mean this is a ‘soft subject’
