  4. Registration procedure • New folder on the Extranet • „Seats“ are distributed by country • 1st deadline • Afterwards: first come – first serve basis • Only BHOs may register participants ERA-MORE Training

  5. Recommendations from the Working Group • One venue (accommodation + meeting rooms) • Close to an airport • High involvement of participants • Exchange of good practise • Networking events • Theoretical and hand-on elements • Briefing of the trainers ERA-MORE Training

  6. “Seat allocation” Recommendations by the WG Quality • High commitment is required • E.g.: countries that do not participate in networking activities (data collection), will get less seats for the training sessions • New members will immediately be involved ERA-MORE Training
