Educational plan • Definition of all positions in DCCE • Basic educational plan for all positions • Position + plan is combined with „personal temporary competences“ (INTERNET – SHOW - http://kompetence.diakonie.cz/) • In conclusion: Every employee has own educational plan and can choose of the many courses (incl. E-learning)

Wherethe DCCE willbeafter theproject? • All positions in organisation are unified • Every employee has his or her own educational plan which ensures having required competences • Diaconia has many multiplicators and courses (trainings) for employees • Some courses can be studied as e-learning (INTERNET – SHOW) • System is cheap and resistant • Internal lecturers team + support team
