In this screen everything should be visible, the user should not be sent to other screens for each and every action, for example:the observation should be collapsiblealready here, the question/answer chat should be visible (full text of the question instead of a link), the editing of the question by the RE should take place directly in the speech-bubble not in an external text-editing-field (so that the RE can see the info from the observation when editing his question), the comments to a question should be visible below every question (and collapsible), the history of a question should be visible for the RE (and collapsible).
