Knife opener First, screw in the enclosed hand lever into the thread of the knee lever. Attention: • 1. Place in the clock 1 with the glass down on the black rubber      pad. The crown is placed in the half-round recess. • The two movable housing holding jaws 2 are placed so far apart with axes displaced to the right and left, that you are pressing on the two housing horns. • The thus-adjusted housing holding jaws are now pressed to the movable column guide 3 down on the horns and locked withthe knurled nut 4. • Now you bring the slider 5 with the knife opener to the housing, place the knife between case and ground and clamped by the locking lever 6. The knife is now positioned by turning the knurled nut 7 between the floor and housing. Through a blow to the head 8 of the blade control shaft the bottom will be open and jumps up. • 5. The knife 9 is inserted from the front into the slider and so can be easily replaced. Handling:

  3. With the included screw-clamp the housing opener is placed on the workbench. Insert the enclosed knife in the slide. Push the knife in the blade until it stops. Picture 1 The clock that have to be open is placed with the glass down on the black rubber pad. The crown is placed in the half-round recess in the black plastic part. Picture 2 The two movable housingholding jaws 2 are provided as far apart that it rises to the two housing horns. Picture 3 The bracket is pushed down on the housing horns and tighten the locking handle 4 .

  4. Picture 4 The slider 5 is pushed so far toward to the case until the knife is placed between ground and casing. The locking lever 6 is tightened. Picture 5 The knife is keyed by turning the knurled nut 7 between the floor and case.Approximately ¼ to ½ turning of the knurled nut 7. Picture 6 The case opens and jumps up, through a blow with the fist on the knob 8 from the knife actuating shaft.
