BBHC is a member owned hunting club • Established in 1988 as an annual fee club • Five members and the property owner took the club private in 2006 • Members have aggressively upgraded the club and duck habitat over the past two years • Located 10 miles east of Tunica, Ms and 50 miles south of Memphis • 8,000 foot instrument runway 5 miles from BBHC

BBHC has aggressively increased both acreage and quality of duck habitat • BBHC owns 1000 acres • 660 acres in WRP • 340 acres in agriculture • 660 WRP acres of habitat upgrade designed and managed by DU under a Federal Program • BBHC also has 4400 additional acres under long term lease • Rice fields • Flooded timber • 25 blinds

  4. BBHC has invested in membership accommodations • BBHC is built around an old plantation home constructed around the turn of the century • The lodge overlooks Walnut Lake • All of the club land owned and leased is within 5 miles of the lodge • Most of the blinds are easily accessed by ATV

  5. During 2007 BBHC completed a major renovation and addition to the lodge • Kitchen upgrade • 2 guest rooms • Heated barn and dog kennel • Private equipment lockers • 10 private member owned bedrooms with pass through semi private bathrooms • ATV barn
