BASF CORPOPRATION - BEAUMONTSecurity Presentation • Access Control • All entrants must be identified by security guards prior to entry • ID badge issued by site security • ID badge must be worn at all times • Buildings on site, require visitor pass for non-employees • Issued by the site security • Please notify Human Resources in advance by e-mail • See Corporate Security policy (BC018.004) on-line for access control/security guidance
BASF CORPORATION - BEAUMONTSecurity Presentation • Cameras • Cameras, including cell phone cameras, are not allowed on-site without camera permit • Cameras maintained as engineering tools may be used with departmental approval • Keys/Locks • Key approval form must be submitted to ESH for issuance of key • Approval level required is dependant on level of key • Contact security for any key/lock-related issue • Contractor Safety Orientation • All contractors must be oriented through Industrial Safety Training Council then temporary pass may be issued by security) • Background checks required per BC004.002

BASF CORPORATION - BEAUMONTSecurity Presentation • General Security Issues at the Site • Do not allow anyone to “tailgate” on your access privilege • Do not allow others to use your card or keys • Immediately report any threatening or violent behaviors to security • Immediately inform security of any suspicious behaviors • Unknown people loitering about • Attempts to penetrate security • Secure your belongings - do not leave valuable items in an unlocked area • Call security at Ext #5120 anytime you need assistance
BASF CORPORATION - BEAUMONTSecurity Presentation • General Security Issues at the site • All vehicles, packages, and mail subject to security screening • Be aware, even when outside in the community, for possible security-related issues involving BASF or the chemical industry • No weapons are allowed on BASF property • No alcohol or unauthorized controlled substance allowed on BASF property • Be mindful of current events and how they may affect security • Security measures at BASF are not to be discussed with anyone without proper authorization • BASF participates at all levels of government/professional organizations to enhance security of our industry and communities
