Original Plan Board Approved – May 2013

The Girard Welcome Center and Garage are integral components of campus infrastructure, approved in May 2013. The center provides essential services like Admissions, Testing, and Veteran’s Services, along with the O’Kane Gallery. The garage offers parking for 367 vehicles over four levels, with accessibility features included. The project's revised plan reduces costs while maintaining key functionalities. Projected costs have been adjusted to $19 million, with completion dates set for March 2015. This development enhances campus amenities and serves future growth.
