  1. Sexual Morality Created By RottrottMonzel

  2. Introduction • I would like to compare religions and some countries of the world about Sexual Morality. • We should forbid fraternal polyandry, polyandry, non-marital sex, premarital, extramarital, and homosexual relations. • According to article: Sexual Morality-Definition says: “Polyandry is the accepted norm in a few Indian and African societies.

  3. Christian tradition • The world’s first largest religion is the Christian • The marriages have to be loyal and true for the love of spouses to grow strong. • Some persons usually consider why we are capable of indiscriminate desire and unselective indulgence. • According to Corinthians 1, 7:28, “But if you do marry, you have not sinned; and if a virgin marries, she has not sinned.

  4. Islamic TraditionThe world’ second largest religion is the Muslim. The Muslim allows Muslim women to marry only Muslim men, but the Muslim men can marry other religions and more wives. If a Muslim woman marries a non-Muslim man, their children would grow up as non-Muslims, an they are regarded as illegal and void.

  5. the Hinduism is the world’s third largest religion and oldest organized religion • Their religion forbids sex outside of marriage, pre-marital, and extramarital sex. • According to article, “pre-marital Sex and Indian culture says: “while prohibiting sex until one is married had its own merits, one must also consider the fact that in recent times the age in which the men and women are tying the nuptial knots has been slowly on the rise.

  6. Buddhism The Buddha preached his followers should be chaste and that if they do not practice chastity, it is like a pit of burning cinders. The Buddhism is the world’s fourth largest religion Every lay person should observe at least the Five Precepts and the Eightfold Path, which say that everyone should neither be attached to nor crave sensual pleasure.

  7. Jewish tradition • According to article, Jewish Ethics states: “These rules inform us that a woman enters a state of "tamed" when she is menstruating. During this time a couple must refrain from all physical contact, especially sexual relations. After the cessation of her menstrual flow, the women counts seven days before immersing herself in a mikva, at which time sexual relations between man and wife can then continue.”

  8. . If we are unfavorable opinion this religion of morality or all of the following polyandry, premarital, extramarital, and homosexual relations, we will be in a danger such as Trafficking, and AIDS.

  9. Because the Asian economic crisis, child trafficking has been increasing as prostitution, drugs, and begging. • According to the article “Thailand Trafficking:” “…40% of the two million in prostitution in Thailand are under 18, meaning that about 850,000 children are in prostitution.

  10. It is estimated that 14,500 to 17,500 people, primarily women and children, are trafficked to the U.S. annually. When FBI and immigration agents arrested a 28-year-old Guatemalan woman three months ago in Los Angeles, they announced that they had shut down one of the most elaborate sex trafficking rings in the country. It was also the family business.

  11. Thousands of children are HIV positive due to prostitution Thailand is one of the world’s AIDS capitals. Africa has the highest percentage of AIDS in the world.

  12. According to UNICEF, “Every minute, a child under 15 dies of an AIDS-related illness. Every minute, another child becomes HIV positive. Every minute, three young people between the ages of 15 and 24 contract HIV” In the U.S.A., some American people are also infected with AIDS, but it is not like Thailand and Africa because many American people understand how to use protection from AIDS such as using condom for outside sexual relations. “It is estimated that more than one million people are living with HIV in the USA and that more than half a million have died after developing AIDS.”

  13. Conclusions • If we do not avoid fraternal polyandry, polyandry, non-marital sex, premarital, extramarital, and homosexual relations, we will be in danger for the second decade of the 21st century. Everybody should not enjoy sexual relationships every time, and everybody should be thinking about how to we can help our people to grow up around the world. Everybody should not think just about the internal problem of one state, but we should think for all of the people because we are living in a global world.
