  3. Introduction • Wizards, and Witches and Munchkins OH My! • These are all items that contributed to the movie “The Wizard of Oz”. • This movie was one of the most advanced of it’s time, and it was packed full of “new” technology that opened movie goers to a whole new world!

  4. The Task • You will need to complete the question sheet about the movie (by yourself!) • You will then need to create a short (5-7 slides) powerpoint presentation highlighting one part of the technology that was used in the movie. (draw topic, with group)

  5. The Process • You will use the websites on the next slide to find answers to the questions and to learn more about the movie “The Wizard of Oz”. • Once you have completed the worksheets you will research how one part of the movie used “new” technology for that time. • With that research you will complete a powerpoint presentation with a partner.

  6. Evaluation • You will be graded on 2 different things. • You will receive a grade for completing the worksheet. • You also will receive a grade for based on the rubric provided for you. (You will receive a rubric when finished with worksheet)
